I need details of some European wide IT hardware and software support
companies and if possible which specialty retail clients they have..

Ideally these companies should have offices in Germany. PoS vendors or
retail IT suppliers are ideal, although none the size of the likes of
IBM (they'd charge too much!)

The product I'm potentially looking to distribute is a software and
hardware solution targeted at specialty retail (not self select or
groceries) Shoe stores / fashion stores are examples of my target
market. Companies who already have a client base of specialty
retailers are perfect.
One such company that I've already found is PCMS (they have offices in
Essen Germany) with a Europe-Wide profile.
English as a common language is also a bonus (although I'm not sure
how you'd find this out!) PCMS are a British firm, so will speak
English as a common language... Companies such as Pink Roccade would
be ideal (if they were europe wide and not just NL and GB)
I need around 5-10 different options please...

Hi nancylynn-ga,

The enabler option is pretty much what I'm searching for. Wincor
Nixdorf although good are maybe a little too large.
Another I've found since posting the question is

RetailVision actually re-sell and support Wincor PoS installations -
it's these kind of value-add third parties I'm after, although PoS
vendors are fine if you can't find enough third parties.

enabler support Esprit - an ideal customer for me... Other ideal
clients include Salamander, Karl Vogele etc...
In short yes - they're both good!
