Question ID: 407383
Does anyone know where I can find a free/open-source or low-priced MPEG2/VOB
Decoder DirectShow Filter with redistribution rights? I need to
distribute it with my software application. I don't want a
pay-per-user license (Some of the firms out there selling MPEG2
decoders require you to pay a fee for each user of your software that
includes their decoder).
