I have an investment-related forum. I am looking for the legal notices
I should put up to protect myself from laws related to investment
counseling. My website does not offer investment advice but often
members do post advice. What notices should I display on to protects
myself?

Would samples of disclaimers by different investment related websites

Thanks!

Hi Dan,

You might like to take a look at propertyinvesting.com

I am sure that you will find Steve McKnight more than accommodating in
helping you consider your disclaimers.
