Actually if you are running windows xp then you also have remote
assitance. And what this does its let people from other locations see
what you are doing on your computer.

You can use Citrixonline products, either GoToMyPC or GoToAssist.
Similar to VNC and remote desktop, but easier to configure, you don't
have to know much about the remote computer.

Personally I would recommend TightVNC, which is fast, free and
reliable. Give it a try! www.tightvnc.com / easy to use.

There are many ways of doing this.

TightVNC (http://www.tightvnc.com) is a free utility by which remote
users can 'log on' to your desktop.

There are other feebased utilities like GoTomyPC (www.gotomypc.com)
which are internet based.

For professional quality utility software like PCDuo, PCAnywhere are quite good.

For traning sessions the best thing would be WebEx sessions
(www.Webex.com) thru which many users can actually 'connect' to your
desktop over the web and they can dial into your phoneline while you
walk them over the session on your PC
