Are there nursing protocols designed for the Palm Pilot?  For instance
a pain assessment for homecare nurses that they can carry in their
palm?

Along with the answer, were other thoughts about the question with
further resources.  appreciate the comment "TNTC."  Gives me hope I'll
find something as I narrow my search.  (I'm assuming what TNTC is, and
you might loose me with your short hand.)

Thank you for the stars and the tip! 

"TNTC" is Too Numerous To Count, used often in lab reports. An example
is white blood cells in a urine sample....once the amount is above a
countable range, it matters not the enumeration of them any longer!

Another example would be bacteria on a Gram Stain slide....TNTC
bacteria would indicate the entire microscope field was packed with
bacteria!
