If you take a random couple in the United States that has just had sex
for the first time, what is the probability that they will have sex a
second time.
I would be interested on the answers of both men and women.

Ideally, it would be nice to take into account the impact on this
probability on the few people who have many sexual partners. I am not
asking (but still would be interested to know the answer) for a random
person what proportion of his or her sexual encounters are one night
stands. This is a different question because the median person has 7
or 8 partners in a lifetime while a minority of people have many many
more partners (distribution is skewed to the right) and there may be a
higher probability that these encounters are one night stands.

Indeed, any information on whether and how the probability of one
night stands increases with the level of sexual activity would be very
valuable. For example, if it were the case that among people who have
5 sexual partners, only 20% of their partners are one night stands.
While for people who have 20 sexual partners, 40% are one night
stands...

I know this is a hard question to get a hold on to. I will try to be
generous in paying the $50, if you can find something at all of value.
