Dear Kevin75-ga,

Sale Price for
1803 Ridgemoor Drive
Plainfield, IL 60544
$225,000 (Full Amount Computed From Transfer Tax)
The Sale Date was 10/20/1999 and the Recorded Date was 10/29/1999.

I found this on the subscription database Lexis.

"Lexis"
http://www.lexis.com

In my house price searching, I always start with the local assessor's
office and Domainia.com website.

I went to the Plainfield Township Assessor's website:

"Plainfield Township Assessor's Office"
http://www.plainfieldassessor.com/

I looked up the address and found the house listing and the Parcel
Identification Number (PIN) 03-32-401-105-0000, but the sale
information was not included.

I then searched Domainia.

"Domainia"
http://www.domania.com

They did not have a listing for the address. I then went to Lexis and
found a sales record.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

bobcooper-ga
