I am shopping for a new car.  I have visited a couple of dealers and,
when they don't have what I want on the lot, they offer to "dealer
locate" the exact car I want with another dealer.  I would prefer to
negotiate directly with someone who has the car I want on their lot. 
How can a non-dealer locate the dealer that has a particular car?
