There is a replica of the bike located at Blair House Bed & Breakfast
in Mendocino, California.

Thanks for your reply.  I know about that bike, but I'm not sure if
it's a replica or just a close approximation.  I'll send the B&B an
email and consider the question answered if they respond with the make
and model.
