I am looking for a web site where I can host a blog for my personal
use.  It should offer all the features provided by MovableType or
Wordpress.  It should offer atleast 3 accounts (in addition to the
master account) so that I can give these user accounts to my
relatives.  If the service provides using my own domain name instead
of the sub-domain of the website that is even better.
