I have set up my Tivo using my Linksys wireless system and it was
working perfectly well.  Then I changed the settings on my router.  

I changed the following:

Disabled the ping response on WAN port.
Disabled remote manager on router.
Enabled event logging.
Changed the SSID
Changed password.

I did this based on an article on PC magazine.

I have changed the name and password on my Tivo but it still doesn't
work.  It says Network Failed every time it tries to connect.

I am using a Wireless G Router. Model WRT 54G and
Wireless B USB Network Adapter. Model WUSB11

Someone mentioned it may be the SSID change but I have changed it on the Tivo too.

Can anyone give me step by step instructions to get my Tivo to connect?

The best way to tackle this is to undo all of the changes you made,
and see if you are able to get the TiVo back online. If so, then only
make one change at a time, checking to see when things break. The most
likely culprit is actually the password change, so try disabling the
WEP key first before you undo the rest.

Yeah, thanks for that.  I've fixed it now.  Enabled SSID broadcast and
Tivo did the rest.
