1) Is there a way to contest the sale of a car by a New York City
Sheriffs Auction? My car was towed and I was never notified that it
was up for auction. I never knew that I could halt the sale until I
met the NYC Traffic Attorney. For a month now I was given the
runaround by the DMV and the PVB.
2)Is there a legal way of stopping the sale and returning the car.
3) I am seeking legal representation experienced in these matters in
the New York City, or Staten Island area.
