I currently have outlook on 3 machines. The contact folder on each
started out the same 3 years ago, however, each as evolved to contain
differen contacts. I would like to synchronize them. Please tell me if
this can be down and exactly how to do it.FYI, I am a non-technical
user. I don't understand where Outlook even keeps various files. |

Hi mturner220,
This document gives a step by step explanation on Importing/Exporting
Outlook Personal Address Books and Contacts Lists.
Southwest Missouri State University: Computer Services
http://computerservices.smsu.edu/training/documentation/doc/DOC078/DOC078.doc
If you follow the instructions exactly as written, you should be able
to synchronize your contacts with no problems. You may want to print
the document for convenience.
Please let me know if the above works for you, and I will post this as
an official answer.
Best regards,
Rainbow
