I'm turning 30 on November 19th and I'd like to take my friends
sailing to celebrate.  I live in NYC and prefer places that are
extremely convenient and affordable.  I prefer having a captain
running the ship and that it be able to handle 15-20 passengers.

"Affordable" is a variable term. Obviously, what I consider affordable
and what Donald Trump considers affordable will be quite different.
Can you give us a ballpark figure of the approximate budget you've
allotted for your sailing trip?
