Dear laurenb-ga,
According to the CIA Fact Book, only one country produces tea, rice,
natural rubber, and petroleum. That country is Vietnam. The nearest
other country is Sri Lanka which produces tea, rice, and natural
rubber.
The CIA Fact Book produces a list of agriculture products by each
country. A review of this shows that Vietnam and Sri Lanka produce
tea, rice, and rubber.
