Since you recorded it with a webcam, it probably must have stored it in an MPEG file itself. I think it is best if you put the file as is out on the web and have a link on your webpage to that file. According to the user setting, they can view the file in their fav. viewer or download it. I like to do it this way. If you have recorded in any other format, there are various programs out there that will help you convert your file to a compressed format. If your video is in higher resolution, you might want to compress and bring it to a lower resolution before putting out on the web. Rahul |
