How can I broadcast a saved video thru my webcam over the internet so other
users can see it please

Actually, the video has beeb taken using a Nokkia 6600 phone. And I
want to brodcast this video- So when some one using Yahoo messenger,
clicks on "View my Webcam" then this is the video that they will see.

Since you recorded it with a webcam, it probably must have stored it
in an MPEG file itself. I think it is best if you put the file as is
out on the web and have a link on your webpage to that file. According
to the user setting, they can view the file in their fav. viewer or
download it. I like to do it this way.

If you have recorded in any other format, there are various programs
out there that will help you convert your file to a compressed format.

If your video is in higher resolution, you might want to compress and
bring it to a lower resolution before putting out on the web.
