Who currently is the most famous, the most sought after, fortune teller in
Taiwan, and also the same for China?  I am looking for the ultimate
person. The kind of fortune teller President of Taiwan or Head of
government in China (PRC) or the head of states in any country look
for. I need to know the complete name and contact address and
telephone number.  Also I want to know the background of this fortune
teller and how he/she is famous and some tale/story/ or example to
proof his/her power. (Answer in Chinese is also accepted)

Most heads of govt. have enough sense not to seek out fortune tellers.

I find these comments entirely out of place in a professional research
service. It is quiet common in SE Asia to consult with fortune
tellers. I haven't found any fortune teller that advises the President
of Taiwan, though, only one that advises the Prime Minister of
Cambodia.
