I have a court judgment (Henry county, KY). How do I get a form &
procedure to obtain a lein against the debtor's mobile home? If I use
the "Order Of Garnishment (Non-Wage)" form, what goes in the
"Garnishee" line? Do I have to know the name of the mortgage holder?
If I have to use the "Affidavit for Writ of Non-Wage Garnishment"
form, what goes in the "3.The following are indebted to said
defendant(s)" line?
