What is the amount of water lost in residential/commercial insurance
claims in the last 5 years,in the U.S.A, due to damage from
leaky,frozen and burst pipes

Your question asks for "amoung of water lost" - Do you want the number
of gallons of water that was wasted due to problems like leaky pipes,
but only losses that were tied to claims to insurance companies?

(I am guessing, you want the total cost to insurance companies due to water damage?)
