I am trying to make belt buckles, what I am looking for is a specific
part.  It is basically one metal piece that you can attach to anything
and make it a belt buckle.  Please look at the picture here:

There is a hook on one side and a ring on the other, there are a few
holes which will attach this metal buckle piece to anything using the
screws.

I am looking to buy a large quantity of these, and I will not pay over
$1.00 for them, i dont think they would be that expensive as its just
metal, so the cheaper the better, possible wholesale price (ordering a
few hundred) and they must be no more than 2 inches wide.

I need an answer preferebly today or ASAP
