I have a massive number of registry and other bug problems with my
computer. Explorer is not working properly, Outlook Express has almost
ground to a halt and now even the System Restore Feature of Windows XP
was somehow switched off without me doing it!

There seems to be a choice of about 3 main *PCBugFix* type programs
that check your computer for free and then tell you you have
*533-etc-problems* that need urgently fixing and click here to pay! The
amounts vary considerably. I can't find any comparisons between these
programs or a critique or write up by PC Week or the like.

MY QUESTION: Can you please find me the independently most *HighlyRated* of
these types of *Auto-Fix-Your-PC-Programs* programs. Price comparison is
interesting but not a major concern to me. I just want a program that
will hopefully restore (or partly restore) my PC back to how it was
some time back. I particularly want a program that is highly rated by
a reputable and  "independent" PC Magazine or the like. Please find or
recommend to me such a *PC-Fix-It-Yourself-Program*.  Thank You.
