Through a Congress approved law, the annually Green Card Lottery (aka
?Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery?) allows people from all over the
world to register for a free lottery to win a Green Card which is a
visa allowing one to legally live and work in the USA. Traditionally,
participants had to send a registration form during a one month
mail-in period. Starting a year ago the registration is done online
during two months in which participants should complete an online
Internet form on the State Department website.

Several companies provide value added services to those who are not
capable (or don?t want) to complete the form themselves. Such services
consist of online websites advertising their services and providing
online-service and others are office based such as (but not limited
to) law firms, independent lawyers and dedicated firms providing the
service.

The answer requested here is a detailed mapping of the Green Card
Lottery market. How many of the approx. 10 million applicants
participate by completing the forms themselves and how many use paid
services, segmented to online (web based) and offline (walk-in office
or traditional mail), and who are the major players in each segment
with their market share.
