I want to found out public information about malpractice suits pending
settlement, settled, or verdicts for or against a physician MD
practicing in New Jersey.

Is there a website where I can enter the physician's name which will
give me this information?

I need this information in the next 24 hours.

Hi jazzm26,

Does this help?

The Doctor Background Check Search:
"Search Doctor Background Check to find physician license and license
related actions, including disciplinary actions, sanctions, consent
orders, consent agreements, dismissals, non-disciplinary
communications, advisory letters and other licensing information. Use
the Doctor Background Check to search state medical governing boards
to research a physician's professional standing or locate and research
a medical expert witness."

Here's a website that you might find helpful. It allows you to search
malpractice settlements in New Jersey, though it doesn't give specific
information on the settlements.
