In the version of the Sims 2 game, how do I get them to:
1. Woo hoo in the bed
2. Woo hoo in public
I can only get them to do it in the hot tub. I'm having a hard time
meeting these aspirations.

Here is a summary of information I gathered from the Sims 2 web site.

1) Have both Sims "relax" on the bed.  If you only control one Sim, then have
the first one relax and then click "ask to join" for the second Sim.

Sometimes you will have to have them "cuddle" or "kiss," but if they have a
good relationship, the "woohoo" option should be available.

2) Go to a community lot with a changing room.  Have your first Sim go in to
try some clothes.  Click on your second Sim and then the changing room and
the "woohoo" option should be available.  This can be done in a community lot
with a hot tub as well.

Can adults kiss teenagers?  There is one girl my sim has a best friend
rating and 100% with but I never get the kiss option between the two. 
I didn't think the girl was younger than my sim but I believe she
might be a teen and that's why I don't get the kiss option.
