I require information on calculating absorption rate. Specifically the
absorption rate of land to sold. What I require is the information
needed to calculate the absorption and an equation to do so.

What I mean by absorption rate is this:
The amount of time it will take 10000 acres or land broken into x size lots.

Sorry if this is not 100% clear I did not know how else to word it.
