Aubrey Hooks was a former Ambassador of the United States of America
in Democratic Republic of Congo (until may of this year.

"I just left Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, where I was
Ambassador from 2001-2004.  I just arrived in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire
two months ago to begin my tenure here as ambassador.  I will be here
2004-2007."
