I have a new prepaid card that I am trying to get to the market but I
want it to have the power of a major credit card. how can I get it
backed by Visa or Master card for as cheap as possible, due to a limited
budget. I am willing to give them a portion of the profits.

The idea is protected; however, nothing is 100% exept the almighty GOD.
