like in movies if you wish. Europe coverage, 1-5M resolution. At least
5 frames per minute. Is this service available?

I can provide you links to the handful of top companies that provide
commercial satellite imaging services.  As an example, i-cubed is a
company that operates IKONOS and provides 1-meter resolution satellite
photographs:

There are a handful of other companies with similar capabilities.


I doubt there are ANY companies that can provide 5-frames-per-minute
realtime access to all coordinates in Europe.  However, these
companies are all state of the art.  If you contact them, they will
certainly explain their capabilities -- and limitations -- in more
detail so you can make an informed choice.

Should I post links to the major satellite companies as an answer to

I've been searching and asking a lot of companies that provide
satellite photographs, none of them could offer, at any price, what we
need.

So, if you know a company that offers that exact thing, even for a
higher price, let me know.
