what we want is to distribute the loads to supporting structures, such
as manhole covers or catch basin grating covers also junction chamber
slabs which gets loads from the aircraft wheels running over it or
passing near by.

wheel size is 20"x50" but the contact area on any surface is not same
as wheel size. We need this contact area. for semi-truck the contact
area is say 10"x20".
