Currently from our dispatch system we send information to a printer
that creates a delivery ticket.  Our driver takes the ticket and has
it signed when he makes a delivery.  He returns the signed delivery
ticket to the dispatch office.  We would like to change this to a
paperless system.

We are seeking information on software, hardware and compnaies that
will create an electronic delivery ticket from our dispatch software,
that will then send it to a portable device that the driver can use to
collect a signature electronically.  When the driver returns the
information will be uploaded to storage where it can be retrieved,
viewed and printed.  An additional feature would be for the driver to
have the ability to print a receipt.  Of course this would be a
wireless system.

Yes, you are correct.  The software we are using is called Systech. 
It is dispatching software for the concrete industry.
