I am looking for property management systems that are made for
interacting and sharing information with tenants, club members, or
members outside of the company that provides this system. This might
include management software made for sharing information with tenants,
restaurant guest, club members, or people outside the organization.
Possible information that would be shared with such group includes a
calendar, a contacts directory, discussion board, virtual filing
cabinet (for storing and sharing files related to the company's
services) and work order (for managing resident's work order and
maintenance request). I am not looking for inventory management
systems or online bill paying services, nor online reservation
services. The goal of what I'm trying to achieve is to find a
software system that will improve the two-way communication between
the company or organization that provides such system and the end user
(such as the tenant, club member, or restaurant guest). Thanks! |
