What would be the latin name for someone obsessed with the 1920's, eg.
begining with dodeca- and ending in -phile?

I doubt that such a word exists.

Dodeca- (a Greek prefix) refers to "twelve." The equivalent Greek
prefix indicating "twenty" would be "icosa-" or "icosi".

The Latin word for "twenty" is "viginti."
