Hello,

One of the local restaurants (Eddington's http://www.eddingtons.com/)
serves a very tasty chicken, spinach and rice dish.

Unfortunately they don?t serve it on a regular basis, and I would like
to cook it at home. I would be interested in getting this recipe

The ingredients that I can identify are as follows:
Spinach
Chicken
White Rice
Grapes
Almonds

I also believe there is wild rice and onions in the dish.

It is a cold dish, served in a light cream sauce. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

From the menu on the site I found a dish called "Autumn Wild Rice",
with these main ingredients.

Autumn Wild Rice
Chicken, wild rice, spinach, celery, almonds, diced cranberry, grapes,
sundried tomato.

Sounds yummy!
