We just started using a resource calendar for which I have set up some
calendar coloring rules. When I log into Outlook as the resource, the
calendar coloring works fine. But when I open the resource calendar in
my own profile through "other user's folder," all appointments are set
to no color. What am I doing wrong? I have set up coloring rules in
both the resource profile itself, as well as in my own and neither
seems to work.

This may not be the answer you are seeking, but you could export the
rules when you are logged in as the resource and then import them into
your other account.

Thanks for your help, but I have figured out what the problem was: The
sequence of my rules wasn't the same in my account and the resource's
account. One of my personal rules ended up overwriting the new ones
below it.
