I hope your question receives the attention you would like it to have.

But it may not.

You have asked about a very broad topic, have not really specified
what you need or how you would like a researcher to answer it, and you
have offered a rather modest price for what seems a large undertaking.

Please clarify what it is that you need.  And while you do so, you may
also want to reconsider the scope of the question to make it
commensurate with the price offered for an answer.

If a question isn't answered, sometimes an increase in the price will
help. This is a question that will probably take quite a bit of time
to answer well, so you might want to raise the price considerably.
