Do me a favor, please, and click on this link to bloodshed.com:

http://www.bloodshed.com/

Is this the site you are asking about? If it is, it is an entirely
innocuous sites, and as pinkfreud-ga noted, is a "parked" site that is
merely trying to collect some advertising revenue by offering links to
other sites.

Let us know if this is the one you're asking about.

I believe this is the web site. Can you create web sites at this site

No. You cannot create websites at www.bloodshed.com, nor can you do
much of anything else at a site that is pretty much non-functional,
except for the fact that it can pass you along to other sites (but
there's absolutely no reason to stop off at bloodshed.com before going
to the other sites).

Despite its sinister-sounding name, it is do-nothing site.

However, your concerns appear to be with your son's internet use
overall, and his refusal to discuss it with you, rather than a
particular site. If I may make a suggestion, you may want to keep
your eye on the larger issues here, and not get too focused on one
particular site or another.

Hope it all works out,

pafalafa-ga

This looks to me like domain parking, not a legitimate website.

what is domain parking?

Domain parking is the use of a domain name (usually one being held for
future sale) without building an actual, functioning website on it.
Domain parks often are collections of "sponsored links," as on
bloodshed.com.

Joeybagofdonuts-ga,
I would stick with the website http://www.bloodshed.net as the likely site.

What 'pafalafa-ga' says about http://www.bloodshed.com appears
correct, but if I were a 14 year old I would be on
http://www.bloodshed.net. Its name is explained on the page,
http://www.bloodshed.net/why.html. The site's moderator/webmater
(Colin Laplace) is a French computer engineering student and developer
of software. A basic search of his name shows no negative information
(i.e. ripoff merchant or worse) regarding him. The site makes
availiable downloads that assist in the usage of a computers operating
system (i.e. Windows is a operating system) and enhancing the usage of
programs held on that system. The downloads appear free (other than
clearly marked requests for CD copies, to be sent if requested) and do
not of themselves create a website. Hoping this has been of some
assistance.
