I am a US citizen, My great-grandfather was a Canadian. Would I be
able to obtain Canadian Citizenship through my great-grandfather?

My understanding is that one of your Parents has to be Canadian for
you to claim citizenship. I'd check with the Canadian Immigration
website though, or contact a Canadian Immigration lawyer (there will
be lots in Toronto).
