I'm wondering whether there is a reason why you haven't asked or don’t
want to ask Telewest customer service?  (At the moment, it is closed,
but it will open at 8 AM.)

Agree with  justaskscott-ga, you can ask customer services for free.
They will know their own product and can charge you appropriately (if
it is possible)

Of course, I do not wish to cast any doubt upon your motives for
posting the question.  Indeed, I have had (and probably all of us have
had) bad experiences with trying to obtain information from customer
service and bureaucracies, and I figured that this could be a possible
reason why you posted your question here.  Or perhaps there is some
other reason that I have not thought of.
