I would like to know something about the protein name RNA POLYMERASE
ll HOLOENZYME of the yeast cell so that i can detect it with a
sandwich assay.

I doubt if you will get too many takers on such an esoteric topic for
the price offered

You need an antibody to the polymerase and then do an Elissa test.
Search on pubmed and see if someone has already raised an antibody.
