Im having problems with explorter - more frequently than not in the
last week,. Every time I open a web page I get an error message. Every
time I try to open a file download I get an error message. Now Im
getting error messages downloading software, specifically printer
software. I can't find anything in the XP books I really need to get
this fixed. Im runnning explorer 5.0 do I need to upgrade or something
? Fee is for instructions and follow up (if needed) .  Thanks very
much .

Im sorry Im running Explorer 6.0 . Ive reinstalled the software but Im
still ahving major problems doing petty much anything

Kindly answer the following questions so we can have more info about your problem:

Have you upgraded your OS to SP2?

Can you remember the last time (date) when everything was working fine?

Do you have Ad-aware, Spybot, or other anti-spam program installed on your system?
