I need WorldCom's 2001 and the first two 2002 Quarterly (10Q) financial statements as they were prior to restatement in July of 2002. |

You can obtain this information from the SEC's website at www.sec.gov Goto EDGAR and search for the information you need. The 2001 10-K would have been filed somewhere between late February and March 31, 2002...and the 10Qs would have been filed between April and May 2003 and July and August 2003, respectively. |
