I am looking for list of suppliers of a ready to use (but customisable)
software package designed for use in either small 'on street print
shops' or by 'print brokers' - (Mac 0s X Platform prefferred)

Expecting an integrated solution - to track and record all print jobs from
enquiry to delivery including estimating. We would expect that our
required solution is likely t be built around a comprehensive
'contact' and 'task management' core solution.
A filemaker pro solution would be prefered - but NOT essential
Hopefully if it is a US solution it will have a version - adaptability
to be used in Europe - which is where we are located.
WE Know about:  'Smart Quotes'  legacyusa.net - This solution has the
ability  somewhere in there! to do most  if not all of what I would
require - but - not at all easy to use - requires significant
experience and training even to navigate it!
There are several other solutions out there focused on DESIGN - STUDIO
management where the emphasis is mostly around the DESIGN / CHARGING
OF TIME factor. This is NOT what we require.
We require a solution that has either been designed for a PRINT SHOP
or PRINT BROKER (or can be adapted) that is focussed on specifying and
estimating and tracking everyday print jobs from A-Z.

It does not necessarily have to have an Invoice module, but ok if it does.
