Is there a bradband phone, voip or normal phone compnay that would
allow you to make unlimited calls from UK to India for a fixed fee per
month?

the first thing that comes to mind is skype.com its a free service
offering VOIP worldwide, other services like vonage have flat rates in
usa and canada but still per min rates for other regions. ill keep
looking
