Are you expecting ALL OF THEM in this list? Keep in mind that
researchers tend to steer clear of questions that ask for ALL of
"anything" since there's no way to know if any list is complete.
I can tell you the ones "I" know about and can find if you will accept
that as an answer.

for what would certainly result in a much more complete and accurate

What I was expecting was that a researcher would find a free, reliable
source of the high school affiliations of NFL players and work from
there. If there is such a source, listing all of them (or the
non-existence of such a player) shouldn't be that much more difficult
than supplying the source. If for some reason the layout of the
information on a website source does make it overly-taxing to check
(like, say, each HS affliation is listed on a separate webpage for
each player), I'd check myself and take the source for the answer.

I don't know of such a source where that kind of searching is
available but I do know an organization that prides itself on such
obsure information. To join, one must submit an application and the
annual membership dues of $25 a year. This organization has a forum,
books, and other features where stats and information such as yours
perhaps are topics of interest.
I should go one to say that while I can defintely name a number of
professional football players who schooled in Brooklyn, you may very
well find a much more comprehensive list by joining the organization I
mentioned and discussing the issue with it's other members.
I can name the organization for you as and answer, or I can name a
handful of players who went to Brooklyn high schools as an answer;
which ever way you'd like to go about it I'd be happy to post either
answer for you.

...obviously my concern is that no source that I know of can name ALL

whatever list you have. Just to make sure, what I'm looking for is
CURRENT NFL players. They should be on a team this season.

Mine is not a list, it's more like "a few". I think I should probably
wait and if your question goes unanswered you can always fall back on
this resource I have as an alternate answer. I'd rather direct you to
a source that can probably answer your question that provide a poor
one myself.

Well, even when I was asking for a complete list, I was only expecting
a few. Very few people make it to the NFL, but I figured there would
be two or three from a large place like Brooklyn. Right now I'd be
satisfied with "a few".
