Please note: you are NOT writing an essay for me - I simply wish for you to find some background opinions on this statement. I would like to know what you can dig up on current thoughts about strategy in general and particularly in business today, and whether or not companies today are placing more or less emphasis on strategy - or whether they are moving towards 30 day plans (or faster moving tactics). It could be argued (for example) that technology is driving change at such a rapid rate that strategy is irrelevant, because the goal posts keep shifting. How are companies planning for the future today? What tactics are they using to run the direction of their firms. |
