Hello,

Are you expecting the overseas sources to have access to paper copies
of the newspapers, and then scan them into PDF format?

Or do you want companies to look over on-line sources of news, and
provide a database of summary information to your specifications?

The second option seems do-able, but the first seems nearly
impossible, since a company in, say, India, would not have real-time
access to paper copies of US newspapers.

Let us know a bit more about what you need.

Yes, Your 2nd scenario is correct. They need to look over on-line
sources of news, and provide a database of summary information to
include:  Nameof person & company name in article, telephone #,
Publication, Date & pg #.

Hello again Bob, and thanks for your earlier feedback.

I've compiled a list of twenty some-odd outsourcing companies that
should meet your needs.

Two caveats are in order:

1.  A few of the companies may be US-based, and a few others weren't
clear as to where they are located.  However, even the US-based
companies appear to make heavy use of overseas workers, and I have
included them in the list here if it seemed appropriate.

2.  It's not always easy to tell if a company's services will readily
fit with the task you have at hand.  I don't think there are many bad
fits on the list here, but there may be a few...you'll only know for
sure after contacting the companies that are of interest to you.  (On
the other hand, there are also a few that seem exactly on-target,
