my blood type is O- and my husbands blood type is a+ our daughter is o+ I was raped around the time she was concieved could he still be her biological father? |

Blood types are not a particularly reliable means for determining paternity. In your case, where both you and your daughter have type O blood, the father could be A, B, or O. So, to answer your question, yes, he _could_ be the father.
