Another answer can be found at <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainable_development> One definition is: "Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." (I wanted to give this as an Answer rather than a Comment, but this snafued web site didn't let me. So I guess Google is going to lose their $2.50 fee on this.) |
