i want to get my secondary school teaching credentials, but i am not
sure in which state i want to get certified.  i want to get my
credentials in a state where they are more likely to be transferrable
to other states so i won't have to re-certify if i move.  which states
are the best to get certified to teach secondary school if you plan to
perhaps move to another state?

i have heard that connecticut and california are both very good for
the circumstances i have outlined, but i want to know if ther are
other states that would fit the bill as well?
