J45J, I haven't found any indication that there is a company by that name. You might want to check the source that gave you that name. |

The company does exist, per the California Sec. of State website (http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/list.html). Their LP/LLC # is 200326610055, filed on 9/22/2003, and their status is active, as Venture Capital in Motion, LLC. They're based out of Roseville, CA (which is a suburb of Sacramento.)
